This Saturday, April 14th we will kick off the 2012 baking season with
BREAD DAY AT SAINT JOESEPH'S PRIMO VISTA TASTING ROOM
in Madison, Ohio from 3PM till the bake is sold.

Planned varietys are :

Baguettes - Garlic Parm Chive
Multigrain - Sunflower
Fresh Chive Loaf (only available in the Spring when our chives thrive!)

all bread will be baked that morning
we still use Bay State Milling unbleached, unbromated flour
we are using natural levian for most of the breads
